Will I get my videos, film, tapes etc back intact?
Yes, all jobs are returned to the customer in the exact same condition as they are brought in. Often tapes and vinyls that the customer bring in are either cleaned or repaired to enable a perfect transfer. So in a sense they are returned in better condition then when brought in.
How long will it take to do?
We have a very quick turn around time of around 2-3 days for smaller jobs and 10 days for jobs that are more involved. More time may be required for certain jobs during peak periods.
If a job is required urgently we ask that you please let us know at the earliest possible date.
Can I play the DVD on any DVD player? How about my computer?
Your new DVD will play on any modern DVD player without trouble, It is also possible to play it on your PC or MAC if you have a DVD drive.
Can you put my videos onto anything else apart from a DVD?
Most Definitely! You can put your renewed memories onto a USB stick as well as an External hard drive.
Do you charge per tape or per DVD ?
We charge per tape as you can often fit more than one tape onto a DVD. We DO NOT charge you for any tapes that are Blank or have anything you don’t want on them, such as TV shows.
What if I am not near your store?

My VCR died and chewed up my video tape. Can you fix it before transferring it onto a DVD?
Yes! Most broken tapes can be easily repaired in store before transferring.
What’s the quality of the transfer like?
The quality will depend on your original Film, DVD, Vinyl etc. In most cases all video formats will come out in exactly the same quality as the original.
In the case of Vinyl or Audio Cassette, the transfer will most likely be better quality as we take out background hiss and crackles etc for a clearer sound.
Do I need to leave a deposit?
Unless your job is a large commercial amount, we wont ask your for a deposit. You simply just pay at the end when you pick up your job.
Can I get a discount for a bulk or big job?
We offer a 10% discount for over 10 tapes and often offer a 25% discount for very large jobs.
I left my video camera running pointing to the ground, can you remove these bad bits?
Definitely! We are constantly doing editing jobs of peoples holidays or weddings etc and taking out the bad footage to make you look like a natural cameraman.
